As a Produce Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and organization of the produce department, as well as assisting customers with their produce needs.   1. Maintain the appearance and organization of the produce department, ensuring all products are displayed in a visually appealing and sanitary manner.
  2. Monitor inventory levels and ensure all products are properly stocked and rotated to maintain freshness.
  3. Assist customers with their produce needs, including providing information on products, suggesting recipe ideas, and addressing any concerns or complaints.
  4. Operate equipment such as scales, slicers, and juicers, following proper safety and sanitation procedures.
  5. Maintain knowledge of current produce offerings, including seasonal and local items, and make recommendations to customers.
  6. Ensure all produce meets quality and safety standards, removing any damaged or expired products from the sales floor.
  7. Keep accurate records of inventory, sales, and waste, and report any discrepancies to management.
  8. Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines and produce handling guidelines.
  9. Collaborate with other team members to ensure the overall success of the produce department and the store.
  10. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and addressing any customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
