3. Ensure that the produce department is fully stocked and visually appealing at all times, including rotating and restocking items as needed.
4. Maintain the freshness and quality of produce by regularly inspecting and removing any damaged or expired products.
5. Follow proper food safety and handling procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of our members.
6. Operate produce equipment, such as slicers and juicers, safely and efficiently.
7. Keep accurate and up-to-date records of produce inventory and sales.
8. Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment, including cleaning and sanitizing workstations and equipment.
9. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving any member concerns or complaints.
10. Continuously learn about new produce items and seasonal offerings to better assist members and improve sales.
11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and cash handling procedures.
12. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the company in a positive light.
13. Attend training sessions and meetings as required to stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and new products.
14. Collaborate with other departments and team members to ensure a smooth and efficient shopping experience for members.
15. Perform any other duties or tasks assigned by the store manager or supervisor to contribute to the success of the store.
