5. Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure adequate stock of all produce items and minimize waste.
6. Handle produce orders and deliveries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
7. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
8. Collaborate with team members to create attractive displays and promotions to increase sales.
9. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends in order to provide excellent customer service and make informed recommendations to customers.
10. Assist with cashier duties and perform other tasks as needed to support the overall operation of the store.
11. Proactively address any customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, customer service, and product handling.
13. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals and targets for the produce department.
