Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional customer service to Sam’s Club members.
2. Assist customers with their pharmaceutical needs.
3. Ensure accuracy of all prescriptions filled.
4. Maintain a high level of knowledge of pharmaceuticals and pharmacy operations.
5. Follow all safety and quality protocols in accordance with applicable laws.
6. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
7. Troubleshoot customer issues and answer questions about products and services.
8. Assist in the training of new pharmacy technicians.
9. Monitor inventory levels and place orders for necessary supplies.
10. Process prescriptions and generate patient labels.
