1. Assist Pharmacy Manager in daily operations and processes of the pharmacy.
2. Maintain knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations.
3. Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Ensure accurate and timely filling of prescriptions.
5. Maintain current records of patient profiles and medication orders.
6. Answer customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints.
7. Assist with the inventory control process.
8. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
9. Keep up-to-date with changes in pharmacy policies and procedures.
10. Follow safety protocols and standards.
