The successful candidate must possess a PharmD degree from an accredited college of pharmacy, current licensure in the state of practice, and a minimum of 3 years of pharmacy management experience. Responsibilities:
- Manage all pharmacy operations, ensuring the highest standards of customer service, compliance, and accuracy.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the pharmacy.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of pharmacy staff, providing ongoing training and development to ensure high standards of practice.
- Oversee the ordering, stocking, and inventory of pharmaceuticals, supplies, and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, medications, and patient information.
- Monitor and control pharmacy budget and expenditures.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide guidance and support to pharmacy staff and ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
- Participate in the recruitment, selection, and orientation of new pharmacy staff.
- Maintain current knowledge of trends, developments, and regulations in the pharmacy profession.
