Job Description

At Sam's Club, we are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Pharmacist Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for helping people, a commitment to providing excellent customer service, and a strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals and related products. A successful Pharmacist Manager will have a Pharm.D degree, a minimum of 3 years' experience in a pharmacy management role, and a valid state pharmacy license. The Pharmacist Manager will be responsible for ensuring the safety and accuracy of all prescriptions, providing clinical services, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy. Responsibilities:

-Ensure the safety and accuracy of all prescriptions -Provide clinical services -Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy -Lead and engage a team of pharmacy professionals -Provide excellent customer service -Maintain a strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals and related products -Manage inventory and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations -Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner -Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
