Responsibilities: • Develop and implement pharmacy operations policies, procedures, and systems to ensure efficient operations • Monitor and evaluate pharmacy staff performance and provide feedback • Create and manage pharmacy budget and ensure cost-effectiveness • Develop and maintain a network of pharmaceutical suppliers to ensure quality products and services at the lowest possible cost • Manage inventory and ensure availability of drugs and other pharmaceutical supplies • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to pharmacy operations • Work with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient operations • Maintain strong relationships with patients and other healthcare providers • Provide patient counseling and education on the safe use of medications
