Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, service-oriented Pharmacist Manager to join the Sam's Club team. As a Pharmacist Manager, you will be responsible for managing pharmacy operations, ensuring quality and safety, and providing excellent customer service. To be successful in this role, you should possess strong pharmacy and management skills, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing quality patient care. You should also be organized, flexible, and have a customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage all pharmacy operations, including staffing, inventory, and customer service.
  2. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding the dispensing of prescription medications.
  3. Oversee the accuracy and completeness of all prescription orders.
  4. Train and manage pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, technicians, and support staff.
  5. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure quality and safety.
  6. Monitor and manage drug inventory levels.
  7. Maintain records, such as patient profiles, prescriptions, and billing information.
  8. Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  9. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
  10. Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities.
