  1. Greet and welcome members to Sam's Club with a friendly and positive attitude.
  2. Provide professional and efficient customer service at all times.
  3. Assist members in finding products and provide recommendations based on their needs.
  4. Create a welcoming and organized shopping environment for members.
  5. Maintain a thorough understanding of all products and services offered by Sam's Club.
  6. Process member orders accurately and efficiently.
  7. Ensure all products are properly labeled and priced.
  8. Keep track of inventory levels and notify management of any shortages or discrepancies.
  9. Ensure the store is clean, safe, and well-stocked at all times.
  10. Assist members with any questions or concerns they may have.
  11. Keep up-to-date with current promotions and sales to offer the best deals to members.
  12. Utilize technology and tools provided to efficiently fulfill member orders.
  13. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient shopping experience for members.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  15. Continuously strive to improve the overall shopping experience for members.
  16. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  17. Handle member complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.

  • Organizational And Time Management Skills: Personal Shoppers Are Responsible For Fulfilling Multiple Orders Within A Given Time Frame. It Is Crucial To Have Strong Organizational And Time Management Skills To Ensure Orders Are Completed Accurately And On Time.

  • Attention To Detail: Personal Shoppers Must Have A Keen Eye For Detail To Ensure That The Correct Items Are Selected For Each Order. This Includes Checking For Any Damaged Or Expired Products And Properly Labeling And Packaging Items.

  • Physical Stamina: This Job Requires A Lot Of Physical Activity, Including Walking, Lifting, And Carrying Heavy Items. Personal Shoppers Must Have The Physical Stamina To Handle These Tasks And Be Able To Work On Their Feet For Extended Periods Of Time.
