  1. Provide personalized shopping experiences for members by understanding their individual style and needs.
  2. Assist members in finding the perfect items to fit their style and needs.
  3. Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and product knowledge to effectively advise members.
  4. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with members.
  5. Utilize strong communication skills to build relationships with members and provide exceptional customer service.
  6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for members.
  7. Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and loss prevention measures.
  8. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and upselling products to members.
  9. Keep the shopping area clean and organized to enhance the overall shopping experience.
  10. Continuously develop and enhance knowledge of product offerings and promotions to better assist members.
  11. Act as a brand ambassador for Sam's Club, promoting our commitment to providing exceptional service and quality products.
  12. Attend training and development sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
  13. Adhere to all company dress code and grooming standards.
  14. Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise as needed.
  15. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling member information.
