Job Description

Are you an experienced retail professional with a passion for helping customers find the products they need? Sam’s Club is looking for a friendly and knowledgeable Personal Shopper to join our team! As a Personal Shopper, you will be an integral part of our customer service experience and will have the opportunity to build relationships with our Members.The successful candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to providing our members with the best shopping experience. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate a deep understanding of our products and services and who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and assist customers to ensure they find the products they need.
  2. Develop a deep understanding of products and services offered at Sam’s Club.
  3. Answer customers’ questions about products and services.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  5. Assist in stocking shelves and completing inventory.
  6. Process customer orders and payments in a timely and efficient manner.
  7. Collaborate with other members of the team to provide excellent customer service.
  8. Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and complaints.
  9. Monitor customer feedback and suggest possible improvements.
