Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide personalized service.
2. Guide customers in selecting the appropriate items to meet their needs.
3. Provide customers with product information, pricing, and availability.
4. Assist customers with completing their purchase transactions.
5. Maintain knowledge of current promotional offers and store policies.
6. Ensure store shelves are stocked and merchandise is properly displayed.
7. Assist with inventory management and restocking of inventory.
8. Answer customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
9. Keep abreast of new products and services available to customers.
10. Uphold Sam’s Club standards of customer service excellence.
