Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service in store by helping customers select the best products to suit their needs and budget.
  2. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services offered by Sam’s Club.
  4. Assist customers with product selection and provide information about product features, benefits, and prices.
  5. Help customers find and purchase items online using Sam’s Club’s mobile app or website.
  6. Process customer payments and manage cash registers.
  7. Stay up-to-date on current deals and promotions.
  8. Monitor store inventory and stock shelves as needed.
  9. Ensure store is clean and organized at all times.
  10. Provide assistance to other team members as needed.
