Job Description

Are you an experienced shopper with an eye for detail? Sam's Club is looking for an enthusiastic Personal Shopper to join our team! The ideal candidate for this role is someone who is passionate about customer service and enjoys collaborating with a team. You should have a keen eye for detail and be comfortable working with a variety of products.To be successful in this role, you should have previous work experience in customer service and retail. You should also have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. A friendly and outgoing personality is essential and the ability to work well in a team is key. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
  2. Assist customers with product selection and answer any questions they have.
  3. Assist in merchandising and stocking shelves.
  4. Ensure all products are properly labeled and priced.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  6. Work closely with a team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  7. Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues.
  8. Follow company policies and procedures.
  9. Stay up-to-date on new products and promotions.
  10. Assist in training new team members.
