Job Description

At Sam's Club, we are committed to offering an exceptional shopping experience to our members, and our Personal Shoppers are essential to making that happen. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Personal Shopper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members as they shop for the items they need. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent customer service skills, a passion for helping others, and a commitment to providing an exceptional shopping experience. A successful Personal Shopper will also be detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who will go above and beyond in serving our customers and providing them with the best possible shopping experience.

Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional customer service to members throughout their shopping experience • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner • Assist customers in locating items and suggesting additional items based on customer needs • Maintain a safe and clean shopping environment • Monitor store shelves and restock as necessary • Process customer orders and returns according to company policy • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction • Remain up-to-date on products, promotions, and sales opportunities • Assist in training new Personal Shoppers • Uphold company policies and procedures
