  1. Assist members in finding the best products for their lifestyle and budget.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with members.
  3. Stay up-to-date on current style and trend preferences to make informed product recommendations.
  4. Maintain a friendly and approachable attitude to create a welcoming shopping experience.
  5. Utilize product knowledge and understanding of member needs to make personalized recommendations.
  6. Continuously learn about new products and stay informed on product features and benefits.
  7. Take initiative to seek out and understand member preferences and needs.
  8. Ensure a clean and organized shopping environment for members.
  9. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
  10. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and upselling products to members.
  11. Collaborate with team members to achieve department and company goals.
  12. Assist in inventory management and restocking of products as needed.
  13. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and positive work environment.
  14. Attend training sessions and stay informed on company updates and policies.
  15. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

  • Attention To Detail: Personal Shoppers Must Pay Close Attention To Detail To Accurately Record And Fulfill Customer Orders. This Includes Checking For Product Availability, Selecting The Correct Items, And Ensuring Accurate Pricing.

  • Time Management And Organization: With Numerous Customer Orders To Fulfill, Personal Shoppers Must Be Able To Manage Their Time Effectively And Stay Organized To Ensure All Orders Are Completed In A Timely Manner.

  • Customer Service Experience: Previous Experience In A Customer Service Role Is Beneficial For A Personal Shopper At Sam's Club. This Will Help You Understand And Meet The Needs Of Customers, Handle Any Complaints Or Issues That May Arise, And Provide A Positive Shopping Experience.
