- Utilize exceptional customer service skills to create a positive and welcoming shopping experience for members.
- Maintain a high level of organization and efficiency while assisting multiple members at a time.

- Keep track of inventory and restock items on the sales floor as needed.
- Follow company policies and procedures, including maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, both with members and team members.
- Meet and exceed sales goals and metrics set by the company.
- Attend training sessions and stay updated on product knowledge and styling techniques.
