As a Personal Shopper, you will have the opportunity to use your keen eye for style and exceptional customer service skills to assist our members in finding the perfect wardrobe pieces.   1. Assist members in finding the perfect wardrobe pieces by providing personalized styling recommendations and outfit suggestions.
  2. Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and be able to incorporate them into styling and outfit choices for members.
  3. Utilize exceptional customer service skills to create a positive and welcoming shopping experience for members.
  4. Maintain a high level of organization and efficiency while assisting multiple members at a time.
  5. Actively listen to members' needs and preferences in order to provide tailored and personalized shopping experiences.
  6. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Sam's Club products and services in order to accurately answer member questions and make appropriate recommendations.
  7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for members.
  8. Continuously seek out ways to improve the personal shopping experience for members, including suggesting new products or services.
  9. Keep track of inventory and restock items on the sales floor as needed.
  10. Follow company policies and procedures, including maintaining a clean and organized work area.
  11. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, both with members and team members.
  12. Meet and exceed sales goals and metrics set by the company.
  13. Attend training sessions and stay updated on product knowledge and styling techniques.
  14. Handle any customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  15. Adhere to all safety and security protocols to ensure the safety of members, team members, and products.
