  1. Greet and welcome members as they enter the store, providing a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
  2. Ensure that all members’ needs and preferences are met by creating a personalized shopping experience for them.
  3. Maintain a thorough understanding of products and services offered at Sam's Club in order to assist members with their shopping needs.
  4. Communicate effectively with members to understand their shopping preferences and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
  5. Handle member inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner, escalating to management when necessary.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized shopping area to enhance the member's shopping experience.
  7. Accurately scan and process member purchases at the checkout counter.
  8. Stay up-to-date on current promotions, sales, and discounts to inform members and increase sales.
  9. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective operations of the store.
  10. Continuously strive to improve customer service by seeking feedback and implementing suggestions.
  11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and positive work environment.
  12. Maintain a positive attitude and work ethic while providing exceptional customer service to members.
  13. Show a strong attention to detail when fulfilling member orders to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.
  14. Continuously develop product knowledge to assist members with their shopping needs.
