As a Personal Shopper, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service while curating personalized shopping experiences for our valued members.   1. Curate personalized shopping experiences for Sam's Club members.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting members with their shopping needs and offering fashion advice.
  3. Utilize knowledge of current fashion trends and products to help members find the perfect items.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with members to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  5. Use effective communication skills to understand and fulfill member requests and preferences.
  6. Keep up-to-date with new products and trends in the fashion industry.
  7. Assist with visual merchandising and product placement to enhance the shopping experience for members.
  8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient shopping experience.
  9. Utilize technology and online platforms to assist with virtual shopping and ordering.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized shopping area to provide a pleasant and inviting atmosphere for members.
  11. Meet sales goals and targets set by the company.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve the shopping experience for members.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and security measures.
  14. Attend training and development sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
  15. Proactively resolve any member concerns or complaints.
  16. Stay informed about Sam's Club membership benefits and promote them to members.
  17. Assist with inventory management and restocking of products.
  18. Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times.
  19. Adhere to all dress code and grooming standards set by the company.
  20. Attend team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the department and the company.
