  1. Greet and welcome customers to Sam's Club in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting members with their shopping needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  3. Curate personalized shopping experiences for members based on their preferences and needs.
  4. Maintain a thorough understanding of Sam's Club products and services in order to assist customers with their inquiries.
  5. Utilize organizational skills to efficiently and accurately fulfill member orders.
  6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient shopping experience for customers.
  7. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
  8. Handle customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure a safe shopping environment for customers and staff.
  10. Maintain cleanliness and organization in designated areas, including the personal shopping area.
  11. Meet and exceed personal shopping goals and targets set by management.

  13. Act as a brand ambassador for Sam's Club by upholding company values and promoting a positive image.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
