- Maintain a thorough knowledge of all products and services offered by Sam's Club to effectively assist members in their shopping experience.
- Keep up-to-date with current promotions, sales, and discounts to inform members and increase sales.
- Ensure the shopping area is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
- Utilize excellent communication skills to build relationships with members and provide personalized shopping experiences.
- Use a variety of sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell products, increasing sales and member satisfaction.
