  1. Greet and welcome members as they enter the store, creating a positive and friendly atmosphere.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting members in finding products, answering questions, and addressing any concerns.
  3. Act as a personal shopping assistant for members, understanding their needs and recommending products that meet their specific requirements.
  4. Maintain a thorough knowledge of all products and services offered by Sam's Club to effectively assist members in their shopping experience.
  5. Keep up-to-date with current promotions, sales, and discounts to inform members and increase sales.
  6. Ensure the shopping area is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
  7. Utilize excellent communication skills to build relationships with members and provide personalized shopping experiences.
  8. Use a variety of sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell products, increasing sales and member satisfaction.
  9. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient shopping experience for members.
  10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security measures.
  11. Continuously strive to improve the shopping experience for members and provide feedback to management on ways to enhance the overall experience.
  12. Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times, representing Sam's Club in a positive light.
  13. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on new products and services, sales techniques, and company policies.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
