- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to members' needs and concerns and addressing them in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain relationships with members by providing personalized shopping experiences and going above and beyond to meet their expectations.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and store promotions to effectively communicate and make recommendations to members.
- Utilize technology and tools provided by the company to efficiently gather and fulfill member orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and pleasant shopping environment for members.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless and efficient shopping experience for members.
