  1. Greet and welcome members as they enter the store, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
  2. Assist members with their shopping needs, providing personalized recommendations and suggestions to enhance their experience.
  3. Understand and learn about the products and services offered at Sam's Club to effectively assist members.
  4. Maintain a thorough knowledge of current promotions, sales, and discounts to inform members and drive sales.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with members, creating a positive and memorable shopping experience.
  6. Utilize excellent customer service skills to address and resolve any member concerns or issues.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and changes to provide up-to-date and accurate information to members.
  8. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for members.
  9. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized work area to provide a pleasant shopping environment for members.
  11. Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics set by management.
  12. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
  13. Continuously strive to improve the overall shopping experience for members.
  14. Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of both members and team members.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
