- Understand and learn about the products and services offered at Sam's Club to effectively assist members.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of current promotions, sales, and discounts to inform members and drive sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members, creating a positive and memorable shopping experience.
- Utilize excellent customer service skills to address and resolve any member concerns or issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes to provide up-to-date and accurate information to members.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for members.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to provide a pleasant shopping environment for members.

Strong Product Knowledge: A Personal Shopper Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Products Sold At Sam's Club, Including Their Features, Benefits, And Pricing. This Knowledge Is Essential In Helping Members Make Informed Purchasing Decisions.
Attention To Detail: As A Personal Shopper, Attention To Detail Is Crucial In Ensuring That Members Receive The Correct Products And Quantities They Ordered. This Includes Accurately Selecting And Packaging Items, As Well As Checking For Any Damaged Or Expired Products.
