  1. Greet and welcome members to Sam's Club and provide exceptional customer service throughout their shopping experience.
  2. Act as a personal shopping consultant for members, understanding their needs and providing personalized service to meet those needs.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with members, ensuring a positive and friendly atmosphere in the store.
  4. Assist members with product selection and provide recommendations based on their preferences and needs.
  5. Utilize excellent organizational skills to efficiently gather and fulfill member orders.
  6. Ensure all orders are accurately and promptly fulfilled and delivered to the designated pick-up area for members.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized shopping area for members, including restocking shelves and maintaining product displays.
  8. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and store promotions to effectively assist members with their shopping needs.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members and managers to ensure a seamless shopping experience for members.
  10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, to maintain a safe and welcoming shopping environment for members.
  11. Continuously strive to improve the shopping experience for members and provide feedback to management on ways to enhance service.
  12. Handle member inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
  13. Collaborate with other team members to achieve team and store goals, such as meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
  14. Maintain a positive attitude and represent the company's values and brand at all times.
