  1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting members in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Utilize knowledge of products and deals to assist members in finding the best options for their needs and budget.
  3. Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in order to accurately fulfill member's orders and requests.
  4. Continuously stay up-to-date on current products, promotions, and sales to better assist members.
  5. Communicate effectively with members, colleagues, and management to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
  6. Operate computer systems and scanning equipment to accurately track and process member orders.
  7. Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
  9. Uphold the company's values and mission to provide the ultimate shopping experience for our members.
  10. Continuously seek out ways to improve the personal shopping experience for members and make suggestions for process improvements.

Job Qualifications
  • Retail Experience: A Personal Shopper At Sam's Club Should Have Prior Experience In The Retail Industry, Preferably In A Similar Role. This Will Ensure They Have A Good Understanding Of Customer Service, Product Knowledge, And Inventory Management.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: As A Personal Shopper, You Will Be Interacting With Customers On A Daily Basis. It Is Important To Have Strong Communication Skills To Effectively Understand Their Needs, Provide Recommendations, And Build A Rapport With Them.
