  5. Handle all aspects of the personal shopping process, including selecting and purchasing products, arranging deliveries, and processing returns.
  6. Maintain a thorough understanding of Sam's Club products, services, and policies.
  7. Utilize effective communication skills to connect with members and build rapport.
  8. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for members.
  9. Maintain a neat and organized shopping area, keeping track of inventory and restocking as needed.
  10. Meet and exceed sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the store.
  11. Follow all safety and security protocols to ensure a safe shopping environment for members and employees.
  12. Continuously seek ways to improve the personal shopping process and provide suggestions for enhancements.

  14. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge.
  15. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
