- Maintain a thorough understanding of products and promotions to accurately assist members.
- Utilize product knowledge and excellent communication skills to make personalized product recommendations to members.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of member orders.
- Accurately and efficiently fulfill member orders, ensuring all items are selected, packed, and delivered according to company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring the safety of both members and team members.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines, to ensure a safe and positive work environment.
- Continuously strive to exceed member expectations, providing exceptional service and building strong relationships with members.

Attention To Detail: Personal Shoppers Must Pay Close Attention To Details To Ensure That The Correct Products Are Selected And That Orders Are Accurately Fulfilled. This Includes Checking For Any Damaged Or Expired Products And Making Necessary Substitutions.
