7. Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and products to provide the best recommendations and services to members.
8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient workflow within the Optical department.
9. Adhere to all safety and regulatory standards in handling and dispensing eyewear.
10. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals and metrics set by the company.
11. Assist with training and mentoring new team members as needed.
12. Act as a brand ambassador for Sam's Club, promoting and upholding the company's values and mission.
13. Maintain accurate and detailed records of member interactions and transactions.
14. Handle any member complaints or issues with professionalism and work towards finding a satisfactory resolution.
15. Attend training and development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of new products and services.
