Responsibilites:

-Provide excellent customer service to customers seeking eyewear solutions

-Assist customers in finding the perfect eyewear solution that meets their needs

-Use problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues

-Maintain a thorough understanding of the optometric industry and stay up to date on the latest trends in eyewear fashion

-Conduct optometric exams and prescribe eyeglasses

-Maintain accurate records and files

-Perform frame adjustments and repairs

-Process payments and other transactions accurately and in a timely manner

-Provide advice and recommendations for customers on eyewear solutions

-Ensure the eyewear display area is organized and attractive

-Provide product information and pricing to customers

-Promote additional products and services to customers
