- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as federal and state regulations related to the optical department
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety and sanitation guidelines

Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In An Optical Setting, Preferably In A Managerial Or Supervisory Role.
Bachelor's Degree In Optometry Or Related Field Preferred.
Strong Leadership And Management Skills, With The Ability To Train And Develop A Team Of Opticians.
Extensive Knowledge Of Optical Products, Services, And Industry Trends.
