Merchandising Lead

You should also have at least 5 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a merchandising role, and be comfortable working with and leading a team. Responsibilities: • Lead and manage a merchandising team to drive overall performance of the department • Monitor inventory levels and ensure best-sellers are always stocked • Manage customer demand and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner • Train and supervise team members on proper merchandising techniques • Analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions • Implement strategies to maximize sales and profits in the store • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure product availability • Develop visual merchandising plans, including product placement and layout • Foster a customer-centric culture and provide a world-class customer experience • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
