- Manage and maintain inventory levels by accurately and efficiently stocking merchandise on shelves and in designated areas.
- Ensure all merchandise is properly labeled and priced according to company standards.
- Take responsibility for the overall appearance of the store by regularly restocking and arranging merchandise in an appealing and organized manner.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner and meet company expectations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting members with inquiries, locating merchandise, and providing product recommendations.
- Continuously monitor and replenish high-demand items to ensure availability for members.
- Follow safety and security protocols to protect merchandise and minimize loss.
- Communicate with management and other team members regarding any inventory issues or discrepancies.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Act as a brand ambassador by promoting and upholding the company's values and standards.
- Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Monitor and report any damaged or defective merchandise to management.
- Assist with receiving and unloading merchandise shipments and verifying accuracy of received items.
- Take initiative to identify and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Previous Experience In Retail Or Stocking Roles: A Merchandise And Stocking Associate At Sam's Club Should Have Prior Experience In The Retail Industry, Preferably In A Stocking Or Merchandising Role. Candidates Should Be Able To Lift And Move Heavy Objects, Stand For Long Periods, And Perform Tasks That Require Bending And Reaching.
