Merchandise and Stocking Associate

Sam's Club is looking for a highly organized and motivated Merchandise and Stocking Associate to join our team. In this role, you’ll play an integral part in helping to ensure that our shelves are stocked and our customers have the best shopping experience possible. Responsibilities:

• Maintain an organized and clean stockroom
• Unpack, count, and restock merchandise as needed
• Rotate merchandise to ensure freshness and accuracy of inventory
• Receive, process, and record incoming shipments
• Adhere to company safety and security guidelines
• Assist customers with locating and selecting products
• Assist with sales floor replenishment as needed
• Inform management of inventory shortages and discrepancies
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a courteous and timely manner
• Follow company procedures and policies when dealing with merchandise returns and exchanges
