- Maintain and organize merchandise on the sales floor to ensure a visually appealing and fully stocked store for customers.
- Receive and process incoming merchandise, including unpacking, counting, and labeling.
- Ensure all merchandise is accurately labeled and priced according to company standards.
- Restock and replenish merchandise on the sales floor in a timely manner to avoid any out-of-stock situations.
- Assist with inventory management by conducting regular stock checks and reporting any discrepancies to management.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including backroom and sales floor, to provide a safe and efficient work environment.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, locating products, and assisting with any customer needs.
- Work as part of a team to achieve daily and weekly stocking goals.
- Follow company safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for both employees and customers.
- Proactively communicate with management to address any stock or customer service issues.
