Our team is currently seeking a dedicated and organized Merchandise and Stocking Associate to join us in ensuring our shelves are fully stocked and our members have access to the products they need. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of our store. If you are a self-motivated individual with a passion for customer service and a knack for organization, then we want you on our team.

  1. Keep shelves and displays fully stocked and organized to ensure a positive shopping experience for members.
  2. Receive and unload merchandise shipments, ensuring accurate inventory counts and proper storage.
  3. Utilize inventory management systems to track and monitor stock levels and replenish as needed.
  4. Conduct regular inventory audits to identify any discrepancies and take appropriate action to resolve them.
  5. Work closely with sales associates and other team members to ensure all merchandise is properly rotated and displayed.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including backroom storage and product displays.
  7. Assist in setting up promotional displays and signage according to company guidelines.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and assisting members with finding products.
  9. Follow all safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
  10. Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
