Experience In Retail Or Customer Service: A Merchandise And Stocking Associate At Sam's Club Should Have Previous Experience In A Retail Or Customer Service Role. This Will Ensure They Have A Strong Understanding Of The Retail Industry And Can Provide Excellent Customer Service To Sam's Club Members.
Strong Organizational Skills: This Role Requires A High Level Of Organization And Attention To Detail. A Merchandise And Stocking Associate Should Be Able To Effectively Manage Their Time And Prioritize Tasks To Ensure Merchandise Is Stocked And Displayed Correctly.
