  1. Maintain and restock merchandise on store shelves in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Ensure merchandise is displayed in an organized and visually appealing manner.
  3. Keep track of inventory levels and notify management of any low stock or out-of-stock items.
  4. Assist customers in locating products and provide exceptional customer service.
  5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including restocking bags and shopping carts.
  6. Follow company policies and procedures for safety and loss prevention.
  7. Unload and unpack incoming shipments and stock products in designated areas.
  8. Check for damaged or expired products and report to management.
  9. Use scanning technology to accurately track and record inventory.
  10. Assist with markdowns and price changes as needed.
  11. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
  12. Attend training sessions and stay up-to-date on product knowledge and store promotions.
  13. Follow proper procedures for handling and disposing of hazardous materials.
  14. Adhere to all company and government regulations regarding product handling and storage.
  15. Maintain a positive attitude and uphold the company's values and standards at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Retail Or Customer Service: A Merchandise And Stocking Associate At Sam's Club Should Have Previous Experience In A Retail Or Customer Service Role. This Will Ensure They Have A Strong Understanding Of The Retail Industry And Can Provide Excellent Customer Service To Sam's Club Members.

  • Strong Organizational Skills: This Role Requires A High Level Of Organization And Attention To Detail. A Merchandise And Stocking Associate Should Be Able To Effectively Manage Their Time And Prioritize Tasks To Ensure Merchandise Is Stocked And Displayed Correctly.

  • Physical Stamina: This Job Involves A Lot Of Physical Labor, Such As Lifting And Moving Heavy Boxes And Merchandise. Candidates Should Be Physically Fit And Able To Handle The Physical Demands Of The Job.

  • Knowledge Of Inventory Management: A Merchandise And Stocking Associate Should Have A Basic Understanding Of Inventory Management And Be Able To Use Inventory Management Systems. This Will Help Them Keep Track Of Stock Levels And Ensure Products Are Restocked In A Timely Manner.
