- Organize and arrange merchandise according to company standards to enhance the shopping experience for customers.
- Monitor stock levels and proactively communicate with management when items need to be restocked.
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming merchandise shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper handling.
- Follow safety procedures when handling and stocking merchandise to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Keep work areas clean and free of clutter to maintain a safe and organized environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with questions, locating products, and providing recommendations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks, such as restocking and organizing.
- Utilize equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move merchandise and stock shelves.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to accurately assist customers and increase sales.

- Complete daily tasks and assignments as directed by management.

Previous Retail Experience: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Retail Environment, Preferably In A Similar Role Such As Stocking, Inventory Management, Or Merchandising.
Strong Organizational Skills: As A Merchandise And Stocking Associate, The Ability To Prioritize Tasks, Maintain A Neat And Organized Work Area, And Efficiently Stock Merchandise Is Crucial.
Physical Stamina: This Role Involves Frequent Lifting, Carrying, And Moving Of Heavy Merchandise, As Well As Standing For Long Periods Of Time. Candidates Should Be Physically Fit And Able To Handle The Physical Demands Of The Job.
