  1. Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels to ensure products are readily available for customers.
  2. Organize and arrange merchandise according to company standards to enhance the shopping experience for customers.
  3. Monitor stock levels and proactively communicate with management when items need to be restocked.
  4. Receive, unload, and verify incoming merchandise shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper handling.
  5. Follow safety procedures when handling and stocking merchandise to prevent accidents and injuries.
  6. Keep work areas clean and free of clutter to maintain a safe and organized environment.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with questions, locating products, and providing recommendations.
  8. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks, such as restocking and organizing.
  9. Utilize equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move merchandise and stock shelves.
  10. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to accurately assist customers and increase sales.
  11. Handle customer complaints and escalate to management when necessary.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, merchandising, and customer service.
  13. Complete daily tasks and assignments as directed by management.
  14. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve performance and stay informed about company updates.
  15. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company to customers and colleagues.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Retail Experience: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Retail Environment, Preferably In A Similar Role Such As Stocking, Inventory Management, Or Merchandising.

  • Attention To Detail: Accuracy Is Important In This Role, As Merchandise And Stocking Associates Are Responsible For Ensuring That Merchandise Is Correctly Labeled, Priced, And Stocked In The Appropriate Location.
