  1. Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels to ensure products are readily available for customers.
  2. Monitor product expiration dates and rotate merchandise to maintain freshness.
  3. Assist with unloading and organizing deliveries.
  4. Conduct regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies.
  5. Ensure all products are properly labeled and priced.
  6. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and helping customers locate products.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including shelves, aisles, and backroom.
  8. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
  9. Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
  10. Provide feedback and suggestions for improving stocking and merchandising processes.
  11. Assist with setting up displays and promotional items.
  12. Keep track of product sales and restock accordingly.
  13. Assist with processing returns and exchanges.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
  16. Attend trainings and meetings as required.
  17. Take ownership of duties and responsibilities and complete tasks in a timely manner.
  18. Report any equipment or maintenance issues to management.
