  1. Maintain high standards of merchandise presentation by following company guidelines and standards.
  2. Organize and stock merchandise in an efficient and timely manner.
  3. Ensure inventory accuracy by conducting regular stock checks and reporting any discrepancies.
  4. Assist in receiving and processing merchandise shipments.
  5. Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and properly stocked at all times.
  6. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting members with their shopping needs.
  7. Respond to member inquiries and resolve any product or service related issues.
  8. Collaborate with team members and managers to identify and implement strategies for improving merchandise presentation and inventory management.
  9. Adhere to all safety and security procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
  10. Continuously monitor and replenish merchandise on the sales floor to ensure availability for members.
  11. Communicate effectively with team members and managers to ensure smooth operation of the department.
  12. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company and promoting a positive shopping experience for members.
  13. Meet productivity and performance goals set by the company.
  14. Attend and participate in training sessions and meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
  15. Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support the overall success of the merchandise and stocking department.
