- Ensure shelves are fully stocked with high-quality merchandise at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment for a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers in finding products and provide excellent customer service.
- Receive and process merchandise shipments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Use inventory management systems to track and restock merchandise.
- Follow company safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and complete daily tasks efficiently.
- Keep track of inventory levels and communicate any low stock items to management.
- Monitor and maintain product quality and report any issues to management.

- Assist with any other duties assigned by management.

- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Previous Experience In Retail Or Stocking: This Position Requires A Strong Understanding Of Inventory Management And Stocking Procedures, Making Prior Experience In A Retail Or Stocking Role Highly Desirable.
Physical Stamina And Ability To Lift Heavy Objects: Merchandise And Stocking Associates Are Responsible For Unloading And Stocking Large Shipments Of Products, Which Can Often Be Physically Demanding. Candidates Should Be Able To Lift And Move Heavy Objects Safely And Efficiently.
Attention To Detail: This Role Involves Organizing And Arranging Products On Shelves And Ensuring Accurate Inventory Counts. Candidates Should Have A Strong Attention To Detail To Ensure That Products Are Properly Stocked And Displayed.
Customer Service Skills: As A Representative Of Sam's Club, Merchandise And Stocking Associates Are Expected To Provide Excellent Customer Service To Members. This Includes Answering Questions, Assisting With Locating Products, And Addressing Any Concerns Or Complaints.
