- Ensure all merchandise is presented in an appealing and customer-friendly manner, adhering to company standards and guidelines.
- Keep track of inventory levels and communicate any low stock or out of stock items to management.
- Assist customers with locating products and provide excellent customer service.
- Perform merchandising duties such as setting up displays and signage, rotating products, and maintaining product labels and prices.
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including backroom and storage areas.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
- Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall shopping experience for members.
Experience In Retail Or Customer Service: A Background In Retail Or Customer Service Demonstrates An Understanding Of The Industry And The Ability To Work With Customers And Handle Merchandise.
Strong Organizational Skills: As A Merchandise And Stocking Associate, You Will Be Responsible For Organizing And Restocking Merchandise Throughout The Store. Having Strong Organizational Skills Will Ensure That Products Are Displayed Neatly And Efficiently.
Physical Stamina: This Job May Require Lifting And Moving Heavy Merchandise, So Physical Stamina Is Important To Ensure That You Can Perform The Necessary Tasks.
