4. Receive and unpack merchandise shipments, checking for accuracy and quality.
5. Ensure all products are properly labeled and priced.
6. Replenish stock on shelves and rotate products to maintain freshness.
7. Keep accurate inventory records and report any discrepancies to management.
8. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including backroom and storage areas.
9. Follow safety protocols and use equipment properly to prevent accidents.
10. Collaborate with team members to efficiently and effectively complete tasks.
11. Communicate any customer feedback or concerns to management.
12. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales promotions.
13. Assist with setting up and taking down displays and promotions.
14. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
15. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales and customer service goals.
