Membership Assistant

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Membership Assistant to join the Sam’s Club team! In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to members, assisting with inquiries, and processing membership applications. If you have excellent communication and organizational skills, we’d love to hear from you! To be successful in this role, you should have a friendly personality and be able to stay organized in a fast-paced environment. We’re looking for someone with a minimum of one year of experience in a customer service role, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for providing exceptional service. We’re also looking for someone with a can-do attitude who is comfortable working with computers and databases.
