Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Member Program and manage a team of associates to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Train, coach, and motivate team members to reach department goals.
- Monitor and review team performance, ensuring quality customer service.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas of improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
- Create and manage monthly staff schedules.
- Generate reports and track customer satisfaction metrics.
