  1. Lead and manage a team of associates to ensure a positive and welcoming experience for members at all times.
  2. Cultivate a team-oriented environment by promoting teamwork and collaboration among team members.
  3. Train, coach, and mentor team members to provide exceptional customer service and uphold company standards.
  4. Monitor and evaluate team performance to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback.
  5. Develop and implement strategies to improve member satisfaction and increase sales.
  6. Create and maintain a schedule for team members to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operation of the club.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  8. Communicate effectively with team members, club management, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues.
  9. Lead by example and demonstrate a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  10. Take ownership of any member concerns or complaints and work towards finding a satisfactory resolution.
  11. Maintain a thorough understanding of club processes, products, and services to effectively assist and guide members and team members.
  12. Act as a role model for associates by following company values and promoting a positive work culture.
  13. Collaborate with other team leads and club management to achieve club goals and objectives.
  14. Stay updated on industry trends, market competition, and customer needs to make recommendations for improvement.
  15. Perform any other duties as assigned by club management.
