  5. Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure product availability for members.
  6. Collaborate with other team leads and management to achieve overall store goals.
  7. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
  8. Communicate effectively with team members, management, and members to address any issues or concerns.
  9. Motivate and inspire team members to meet and exceed sales targets.
  10. Identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions to enhance team performance.
  11. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee engagement.
  12. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to members.
  13. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  14. Handle member inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  15. Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment for team members and members.
  16. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
