  1. Lead and motivate a team of associates to provide exceptional customer service to our members.
  2. Ensure that all team members are trained and knowledgeable about our products and services.
  3. Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our members.
  4. Monitor and analyze team performance to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for success.
  5. Collaborate with other team leads and management to achieve sales and service goals.
  6. Set clear expectations and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members.
  7. Address and resolve any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the shopping experience for our members.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to make strategic recommendations for improvement.
  10. Promote and uphold company values and policies among team members.
  11. Foster a positive and inclusive work culture where diversity is valued and respected.
  12. Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols.
  13. Assist with scheduling and managing team member time off requests and coverage.
  14. Continuously seek out ways to improve processes and procedures for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Represent the company in a professional manner at all times and embody our commitment to exceptional service and quality products.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Leadership Skills: A Member Team Lead Must Possess Excellent Leadership Skills In Order To Effectively Manage And Mentor A Team Of Associates.

  • Retail Experience: Previous Experience In A Retail Environment, Particularly In A Leadership Role, Is Essential For A Member Team Lead To Understand The Day-To-Day Operations Of A Sam's Club Store.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: As A Member Team Lead, You Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Both Your Team And Upper Management. Strong Communication Skills Are Necessary To Effectively Delegate Tasks, Give Feedback, And Resolve Conflicts.

  • Knowledge Of Sam's Club Policies And Procedures: A Member Team Lead Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Sam's Club Policies And Procedures In Order To Ensure Compliance And Maintain A Positive Shopping Experience For Members.

  • Problem-Solving Abilities: In A Fast-Paced Retail Environment, Unexpected Challenges Can Arise. A Member Team Lead Should Have Strong Problem-Solving Abilities To Quickly Address And Resolve Any Issues That May Arise Within Their Team Or With Members.
