  1. Lead and supervise a team of employees to ensure they are providing exceptional customer service at all times.
  2. Maintain a positive and professional work environment for team members to thrive in.
  3. Train and develop team members to improve their skills and knowledge in customer service and sales.
  4. Set and achieve sales goals and targets for the team.
  5. Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to improve performance.
  6. Handle any customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner.
  7. Collaborate with other departments and team leads to ensure smooth operations and seamless customer experience.
  8. Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures and ensure team members adhere to them.
  9. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.
  10. Act as a role model for team members by demonstrating excellent customer service and leadership skills.
