  1. Oversee and manage a team of associates to ensure excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience for members.
  2. Train, coach, and develop team members to provide exceptional service and uphold company standards.
  3. Create and implement strategies to increase member satisfaction and retention.
  4. Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure product availability for members.
  5. Collaborate with other team leads and managers to achieve store goals and objectives.
  6. Address and resolve any member concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized store environment to uphold company standards.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  9. Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
  10. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
  11. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to achieve sales targets.
  12. Communicate effectively with members, associates, and management to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any issues.
  13. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new products to make informed recommendations to members.
  14. Participate in hiring and onboarding processes for new team members.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance the member experience.
